ALHAMBRA COUNCIL OF THE KNIGHTS OF COLUMBUS

Consider becoming a Knight of Columbus!

The Order of the Knights of Columbus is the world’s largest Catholic fraternal organization.  Founded in the United States in 1882, it is named in honor of Christopher Columbus and dedicated to the principles of charity, unity, fraternity, and patriotism.  Social and intellectual fellowship is promoted among its members and their families through various charitable works.

The Knights welcome Catholic men, 18 years of age and older, who are committed to making their community a better place, while supporting their Church. Being a Knight is more than camaraderie; it is being involved with your community; it is supporting your local Catholic Church, while enhancing your own faith; it is about protecting and enhancing your family life.

The Knights are proud to serve St. Therese Parish, School, and the Alhambra Community. You may have seen them in tuxedos and regalia for special Masses.  They are involved with several ministries at St. Therese, and count among their number Fr. Philip and Fr. Bernard.  The Ten Commandments monument in front of the Parish Center was a gift from the Alhambra Knights.
