VOX VITAE
BE A VOICE FOR LIFE!
Vox Vitae was founded by our Respect Life Coordinator, Catherine Contreras. Vox Vitae, Be A Voice For Life is committed to “Educating, Empowering, and Spiritually Nurturing People to Actively Be A Voice For Life.”
For articles explaining why we choose to Be Voices for Life, see the link to the left, “Why Am I A Voice for Life?”
According to Catherine, “I cannot tell you how many times Post-Abortive moms, dads, family members or friends, have cried in my arms due to their grief from abortion. Their shaking, crying bodies and tears on my shoulder are something I will never forget—nor run from.” She goes on to say that people tell her things like, “No one told me I would feel this way” and “I didn’t realize I was killing my baby” and “I wish someone had been there,” and “Thank you for being here. I didn’t know why I was grieving.”
YOUTH DAY CAMP & ADULT EVENING CAMP: For more information on attending one of these camps, see the links to the left (underneath the Vox Vitae link).
VIDEO FROM THE 2019 WALK FOR LIFE IN SAN FRANCISCO: Pro Life Pilgrims from across the Nation descended on San Francisco in January 2019 for the annual Pro Life March (click on the logo to the left to see the video, which was filmed and produced by Gobi Entertainment Productions on behalf of St. Therese Church). Catherine Contreras, the President of Vox Vitae at St. Therese, chartered two buses for our parishioners to attend (both were filled!). It was a wonderful life-affirming event. Stay tuned towards the end of the year for announcements about the 2020 Walk for Life! (Note: You can see Catherine in the video at 6:35 and 46:40.)
